Digest Milano Overheating debate.

I have installed a new radiator and Fan Switch, but my Milano still
overheats all the time.  What can I do?  I believe my thermostat is okay.
Should I wire my Fan to run continuously?  Re-route some air to my ABS
accumulator to prevent it from overheating?
