Spica Air pump VS Bosch air pump

Hey cats,

Is there much difference between what the Bosch air injection pump 
does and what the Spica air injection pump does? The Spica pump is
heavy tends to freeze up when disconected for a while and the
Bosch pump is nice and light. I got my hands on one and feel like
mounting it somewhere and hooking it up.
