Yes, I'll try to correct you.

This horse race takes place in the town of Siena in the province of Tuscany
(Toscane) in Italy.

The race itself is called Palio, just about killing the horse in second
place I don't know.

The race occurs twice during summer, once in july and once in August.

It all happens on Il Campo (the place in the center of Siena).

BTW the Fiat model Palio has also a SW variant called Weekend.
