Azahar in Malasia, Sorry I did not reply  sooner, I missed your message.  
Remove the spark plugs first, be sure no dirt falls in to open valves.  Put
the shift lever into 5th gear, loosen the tensioner bolt NOT MORE THAN 1
FULL TURN, Push the car forward through about 4 engine revolutions, stop and
do not let the engine turn backwards even one iota!  Tighten the bolt and
