Hi Charlie

I would surmise (from the 'E3') that those Carello lights are Italian E-code
lights which means they should a sharp upper cutoff and very good light
pattern on the road.  Unless they are a special low beam only light that I
don't know about, they would be both High and low beams and should use H4
bulbs rather than 9004 bulbs.  This thought is reinforced by the 'JOD H4'.
If you can't or don't want to try to find some locally at an auto parts
store there are lots of places to get them online.
