Thanks Zamani for the info about custom high-flow cat set-ups. There's a
really good custom exhaust shop near me in Marin who can do very much
what you're talking about- Fabricating and installing a custom high-flow
cat for not much $$.

I have the radiator out of the 164S right now. The 14" plastic fan I
installed four years ago broke a mount (it mounts with plastic pins
through the radiator vanes) and cracked one of the radiator cross-pipes.
It may be repairable. If not, have any of you dealt with an online
radiator company called Speedy Radiator? They have a Valeo radiator in
stock for the 164 with free next-day delivery for $244.
