I would say any structural areas would be my biggest
concern.  So rockers/door sills would be my first
concern.  Hood's are easiest to fix, and spare tire
wells are pretty simple too.  The windshield and C
pillar look like a pain, but I doubt are very
structural, unless serious.

Where are the cars you are looking at?  In Michigan
rear wheel rust was also common.
