How much grief is it to change the deDion bushing on a Milano?

The back end of my Milano's a bit "loose".  I've thought of changing the
deDion bushing and some new shocks. 

Is there a polyurethane version and how difficult is it to change the
bushing? 

The "standard" Alfa mail order houses don't spec rear Koni's for
Milanos.  Are they available?
