105 Sprint GT Dashboard Question

I've recently picked up a '67 Sprint GT, and will need
to refinish the faux wood finish on the instrument
panel. Was this an adhesive applique or a painted
finish? Also, is there anyone out there that offers a
service refinishing these parts or providing
replacements?
