alfas in the usa, gm, hidden agendas... (was: Re: alfa-digest V8 #1103) ?!?

hey duggie (doug g),

i should get right to the point?!? sorry, i don't get *yer* point. all my prewious posts had *no* agenda, yust opinions about my feelings for the 164. feelings that are wery close to alfa-bill's, as a matter of fact. i *love* my 164 - for what it is - a $5k comfy reliable family hauler.

my comments about gm were in specific response to michael smiths' comments about how wonderful the corwette is. i don't care how wonderful the corwette is - i hate gm, plain & simple. and, as mentioned earlier, i won't purchase a gm-owned fiat product, even if i *could*, unless gm changes its behaviour. no hidden agenda, yust straight to the point, when it came up. in fact, i don't see *how* i coulda gotten to the point any *sooner*!!!

so, while ya may tink my opinions are senseless, they aren't *nearly* as senseless as your comment that i have "finally revealed my agenda", regardless of what ya may tink of fiat, alfas, or gm...

doug s.

oh, btw, i hope ya enjoy your nice new maserati conwertible, when ya take delivery - it must be nice havin' that kinda dough. if i'm ever so fortunate, i hope it doesn't cloud my thinking so much...

Ah! We had to sift through a lot of senseless (as far as I'm concerned) nonsense before you finally revealed your agenda. Perhaps you should get right to the point from now on.
