RE: 95 MPH @ 5800 RPM



Not so fast folks, (pun intended) my 1976 Spider exhibits the same
characteristics as Jason's.  My 1973 Spider will top out much faster.  I
had it up to 120 yesterday and it was at or near redline.  I can get the
76 to 115 and the ticker is over 6000.  The 76 Spider accelerates much
faster than the '73.  I have long thought there must be different axle
ratios.
I have owned the '76 since 1978.  I bought the '73 last year.
