re: milano heater control

hi all,

the only trick i found to getting to the back of the heater control panel was to find the screw in the center-console glovebox of my werde, hidden below the fuzzy li'l panel at its bottom.  there's also screws at the back of the center console.  this console has to come out, to remove the heater control panel.  when the panel is out, it shouuld be self-evident how the controls work.  or don't work, as the case may be... ;~)
