I've used penetrating oil then a large pipe wrench to twist them loose. In addition, it helps to have a punch and hammer to "rock" them out. //kct

I would like to repack the front wheel bearings on my
spider but the dust caps refuse to come off (rusted
onto the hub probably). .....
Are there any other tricks to get the caps off?
