brakes for 116

Hi all,
 
Does anyone have any recommendations for high-performance-street/occasional-track brake pads for a 116?  Was thinking about hi-po kevlar pads, as they are apparently relatively free of brake dust, and I tend to coat my alloys in brake dust on a fairly regular basis.  
 
And while I'm on the subject of brakes, will the vented rotors from an early 75/Milano bolt onto a 116, front and rear?  Any other suggestions for an improved brake rotor that will bolt on and still fit inside a 14" front wheel, or should I just stick with replacement solid discs?
