Additional evidence at the Grouplotto page. Etracks has both had spam sent out by grouplotto and on their own.
Evidence in the rejectlog of etracks coming from a new ip address range. I've blocked 66.236.48.0/26, which is in XO/Concentric space. Reverse DNS shows etracks systems from .2 through .40; this block catches .0 through .63, which should do the job.
