Intellispace is an ISP with a published AUP that differs from their actual policy. Apparently Intellispace customers are permitted to spam w/o limit as long as there is an unsubscribe link in the email. Intellispace does not require that the unsubscribe link actually work.
As of 7/16/2003, I have placed Intellispace's entire /16 address block in the list.
