The folks at pm0.net are rumored to be trying to clean up their act, but I think they'll be sitting on this list until they've actually done so. This play4keeps/freebiecash stuff started over christmas, and shows no signs of stopping.
I've blocked a broader range of IPs than I really want to, but they've got their servers scattered to hell and back.
