update 3/26/2003: they've shifted blocks slightly. As the exodus rwhois server is not responding, I've confined the new block to a /32, and we'll watch for an expansion of the range. Should exodus rwhois start responding, I'll immediately block the entire new Vendare range. The newest spam from these bozos has been inserted after the ancestral spam, they've got a new mail from domain going, cashcarnival.com.
update 4/4/2003: another one in the new space. I'm trying to avoid growing it too quickly, but they're oozing out of there. We've grown it from a /32 to a /29 today, based on spam from two new addresses.
