318ti defects

Hello fellow ti owners:
Can someone e-mail me a list of the current defects that the dealer 
knows about 1995 318ti's?

I'm planning to take my car in for both door panels outer black tape 
which seems to be bubbling and warping...Needs to be replaced. What is 
the technical term I must tell the dealer for this repair?

I also have the a/c pressure regulator valve defect which needs to be 
replaced due to low rpm "Groaning"...I guess I tell the dealer I have a 
defective a/c valve?

I plan on getting all the defects fixed at once, so I'm looking for 
anything else I may have missed...
