<e24> Intermittant wipers not working

     Hi,  The intermittant position on the wiper switch seems dead.  The 
     wipers are fine in slow or fast, but do nothing in the first position. 
      Fuses seem fine.  Has anyone had this problem or have any suggestions 
     as to where I should check?
