[E36] Options for (very) short drivers?

My wife is quite short (5'0") and is beginning to feel rather many physical
discomforts from having to stretch various body parts to drive the car.  For
example, the pedals are rather far from the seat, so she has to push the seat
all the way forward, which makes steering and working the door latch difficult.
 Various other similar problems are occurring.  (We did not get the auto seats
or the adjustable steering column; possibly a mistake at this point.)

However, there must be others in a similar predicament.  Are there any ways to
do any of the following, with ideally BMW-approved parts & methods:

	- adjust pedals further forward
	- adjust (the non-adjustable) steering wheel, downwards
	- adjust angle of seat bottom

Or other ideas?
