Try using a razor blade at the junction between the adhesive and the
glass.  The blade will act as a wedge and you can begin to CAREFULLY
pry the antenna halves off of the glass.  Once you've removed the
antenna from the glass, use some commercial adhesive remover to remove
the residue.
