E30: Shaky wheel & body work questions

Hi Everyone!

I have two questions I need help answering regarding my 1987 325is.

First, at highway speeds, when I step on the brakes the steering wheel 
shakes.  The shaking does not happen at slow speeds.  Does anyone know what 
the problem could be?

Second, the color of my car is Dauphin Grey.  Where can I get a paint match 
to do a little touch up job?
