Need heat in Ohio

    On a Christmas Eve trip in my 92 325 I BMW, the thermostat apparently
has locked in the open position. No heat, unless the vehicle is ideling for
an extended period of time. Has anyone changed one out? The compartment is
pretty tight. Will I need to pull the rad, to get to the thermostat housing?
Anyone have a chilton or other that explains the procedure??
