Locking lug nuts

I've removed them several times just by hammering a 12 point socket onto
the locking lug nut.  The socket needs to be a bit smaller than the locking
lug nut.  If you still can't get it off you can just remove the other lug
nuts and then break the wheel stud with the locking lug nut.  It's easy to
replace the wheel studs on the rear.
