If he has a 9 inch it will be no problem at all. Ford drop outs were
designed for ease of changability.
Just make sure you know the difference between large bearing and small
bearing,also the sline count can vary,28 and 32 spline i believe are the
2 different ones.If i'm wrong someone will be sure to correct me.
No setup is required.You will know a 9 inch because you will not be able
to use a ratchet on the bottom bolt,must use a wrench on it.
