Radio Antennas

Dan's talk of radio antennas has brought up a question:

What did the original IHC antenna look like?  I'm thinking of
1972, but did they ever change?  I don't recall seeing a P/N
in my parts book.  Were Scouts the same as Pickups/Travelalls?
Were they a hollow telescopic shaft type, or a fixed length
solid 'wire' type?

The one I have is junk, and I'd like to get one that resembles the 
original.
