them. They were replaced not long ago, but the Scout has sat for a while 
(about 4 mos before the re-wire and 3 mos after) and it is possible with the 
humidity here that I have rust in one or two of the caps.

---<explanation>- I have a nasty whining/humming/grinding noise coming from 
the drivetrain at about 45 mph.
