He probably is, in some way/shape/form. A little high as you say, but 19k 
miles, a new injector pump and an OD auto in known good shape? You know how 
much that stuff goes for in pieces, see if he'll give the full trade and 
sell back the chassis for a grand less ;)

Oh yeah, only leave the 4.10's. With the OD you're set. I must confess I 
let Jan buy a 2002 PSD Excursion a couple weeks ago, and 4.10's are the 
'berries' with this motor and the OD auto. Non-turbo you especially want 
the gears.
