I havn't had a problem with it, but I havn't had to use the washer too much
recently. I never noticed a problem with it, and cleaning the windshield
occassionally at gas stations doesn't seem to hurt anything.

I have noticed that there's a speed range where it's less effective. Not
moving it'll go down the windshield, interstate speeds it likes to go up.
But in between it kinda stays a bit longer. Can still see much better than
without though, and I can still see better when using wipers than I could
with wipers without the stuff. As evidenced by me being comfortable driving
the diesel with no wipers and just rain-x through rain.

I'll pay more attention regarding washer fluid and get back to you. Guess
you could always use their special washer fluid too and know it shouldn't
hurt ;) I just use the cheap walmart stuff and occassional usage hasn't
taken it off. But then again, I don't use it much. I might start
experimenting some.

The diesel doesn't have a washer system so I never had a chance to use it.
It's been raining for a solid few weeks since I started driving the gasser
again, so the windshield wipers didn't need the washer fluid.
