1961 Scout 80

It's a good-looking truck and runs well. With the original gear ratio, I can't go that fast. It's got the 152ci 4-cylinder 3 speed engine with the twin stick transfer, Dana 27 on the front and 44 in the back. I'm looking for the 152T Turbo that my parts manual lists as an option for the 80/800 series. Yes, T=Turbo. I've seen the exploded diagram. If you've seen the actual engine, let me know!

Now you know why it needed the tailgate off the parts truck. The gate you see now is made of pvc pipe. It's interesting and will hold bulky things in the bed. However, paint doesn't stick to it too well. Speaking of the bed, you can see some rust there that needs some help.
